CANCELING A JEWELRY SUBSCRIPTION BOX
You can cancel a jewelry subscription box at any time:
- Sign into the Kollectin App - If you purchased the subscription on the web, please sign in from the web or download the Kollectin App
- Click the main menu in the upper left corner and select MY ORDERS
- Click SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Click the order to be cancelled
- Select CANCEL to cancel subscription
