REGULAR ORDER RETURNS 

• Item returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase date
• Items must be shipped back to us within 5 business days from the return requested date
• Items must not be worn, altered, or washed 
• Items must include all tags attached (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging 
• Item exchange requests must follow the same process as the return request process 
• Shipping charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from the return 
• If a return label is requested, there will be a $8.49 charge 

EXCHANGES

• Kollectin does not offer exchanges for ease and speed of processing
• To exchange, simply return your current order, and place a new e-commerce order on the Kollectin app for you to receive your needed style

GET STYLED BOX & STYLE MYSELF BOX RETURN POLICY

• All STYLE BOX returns must be processed on the Kollectin App 
• ALL STYLE BOX items can be kept for a maximum of 7 days.
  Important Note:   Failure to return the STYLE BOX within 10 days will result in Kollectin charging the full amount of the Box to the card on file   
• An access fee or Get Styled Plan fee will be charged when you place a STYLE order
• The access fee will be applied to any purchase made from the STYLE BOX 
• You will be charged for only the total amount of items you choose to keep 
• The STYLE BOX is a "try before you buy" box so be extremely careful not to damage any items or remove tags of items you do not intend to keep. There will be a charge for any items that are returned damaged or appear to have been worn
• The return process must be completed and the STYLE BOX must be scanned and shipped by USPS before another STYLE BOX can be ordered 
• Need more time?

We understand life happens. If you wish to extend your time with your STYLE BOX, please reach out to us 48 hours  prior to your return deadline by emailing us at hello@kollectin.com. 

Once we understand your situation, we may be able to assist you with the following:

1. The full charge amount for your complete STYLE BOX order. 
2. The STYLE BOX can be returned based on our agreed upon date. 
3. Once we receive return, we will refund the full amount of returned items. 

PRESALE ORDER RETURNS 

• Item returns must be requested to us within 21 days of shipping order date.
• Presale order may be canceled at anytime, until the processed shipping date
• Item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days from the return requested date.
• Item must not be worn, altered, or washed 
• Item must include all tags attached (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging 
• Item exchange requests must follow the same process as the return request process
• Shipping charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from the return.
• If a return label is requested, there will be a $4.99 charge 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME 

Once your package is received by Kollectin within the specified timeframe, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. This process can take up to 5 business days from the time we receive your package. We will notify you via email once the transaction has been processed.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time once they receive the refund information from Kollectin.
