Returning a Regular Order

Please refer to our Return Policy page for details, and submit a return request on your App 

  1. Sign into the App and click ME
  2. Click MY ORDERS
  3. If you're on a Store’s webpage, open the main menu in the upper left hand corner and click SIGN IN. After signing in, go to the main menu and click MY ORDERS
  4. Find the order you want to return
  5. Click REFUND 
  6. Check the items you want to return and select the quantity 
  7. After selecting the items, choose a reason for your return from the dropdown menu
  8. Click SUBMIT
  9. If you requested a return label, you’ll receive it via email (please note there will be a $8.49 charge for using the label).
  10. Otherwise, please return your package based on your own preferred method (please note we are not responsible  
  11. Print the shipping label and attach it to your package
  12. Drop the package at any USPS location. 
  13. Your return will be credited within 5-7 business days.
