Returning a Regular Order
Please refer to our Return Policy page for details, and submit a return request on your App
- Sign into the App and click ME
- Click MY ORDERS
- If you're on a Store’s webpage, open the main menu in the upper left hand corner and click SIGN IN. After signing in, go to the main menu and click MY ORDERS
- Find the order you want to return
- Click REFUND
- Check the items you want to return and select the quantity
- After selecting the items, choose a reason for your return from the dropdown menu
- Click SUBMIT.
- If you requested a return label, you’ll receive it via email (please note there will be a $8.49 charge for using the label).
- Otherwise, please return your package based on your own preferred method (please note we are not responsible
- Print the shipping label and attach it to your package
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
- Your return will be credited within 5-7 business days.
