Having trouble with the Kollectin App or need additional support? Whether you have a customer service inquiry or other issue -- we're here to help! Contact us using the following methods:
MESSAGE US VIA THE APP
1. Contact us through the Kollectin App by clicking the MENU in the upper left corner, then click CONTACT US.
2. Use the pull-down menu to select your issue and add any additional information in the designated box. Please ensure to provide as much detail as possible so that we can assist you in an efficient manner.
3. Click SEND once you are finished. We will reply to your message within one business day.
Alternatively, you can email us by sending your message to hello@kollectin.com. We will reply to your email within one business day.
URGENT INQUIRES
For urgent inquiries, please call (626) 433-8879. Our available hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM PST, excluding holidays.
