When you shop on or subscribe to KOLLECTIN, we obtain information from you in order to complete your transaction. This may include your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number. We also retain details of your product purchases and transactions with us. To improve our App, we may collect non-personal information about how users navigate through the App. For Reward Bling redemption, we may require you to submit your social security number and banking information for tax and transfer purposes.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We at KOLLECTIN understand the importance of privacy and your personal information. We will only use your information to help provide you with a great shopping experience. The information we collect will be used to process your purchase transactions and to contact you for promotional purposes. We will not share your personal information with anyone other than third parties that perform services for us such as order fulfillment and shipping, e-mail distributions, investigating fraudulent activity, tax reporting, money transfer, analyzing customer data and providing customer service.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
- When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, encrypted password, date of birth.
- When you make an order through the services, we or our third-party payment provider will collect payment detail, shipping and billing information, and what products you brought to process the transaction.
- When you claim to return items, we collect the information about the items and the reasons for your return.
- When you create a store, we store what items you selected for your store to sell.
- When you post a feed or leave a message on posts, we may use these opinions in the legitimate interests of addressing your queries, issues, and concerns and improving our products and services.
- We use a referral system if any user signs up through the invite code you provided, we record this relationship between you and that user.
- If you upload photos to your store, we keep these photos so other user can view these items in your store with your photos.
- When use AR experience, or share a photo through AR experience mode, we store these photos for you to download.
- With our earning bling system, you can convert the blings into cash and redeem it. You will need to provide your name, address, social security number, bank account number, and bank routing number to our third-party payment provider stripe to proceed. we do not keep those data at this procedure.
- If you choose to connect an account on a social network, such as Facebook, Google to your account you are consenting to us collecting personal information from the social network in accordance with your privacy settings on that social network. The connected social network may provide us with information such as your name, Facebook id, Twitter handle, profile picture, gender, username, user ID, age or age range, language, country, friends list, follower list, and any other information you have agreed it can share. We will not post to your social network or to your friends, followers, or contacts without your consent.
- We use payment service provider Stripe to process a credit card payment, we do not process, record, or maintain your credit card or bank account information. YOUR RIGHTS
- Right to request correction of your information: You may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that the data we hold about you is accurate and kept up to date. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes during your relationship with us.
- Right to request the erasure of your information: In certain circumstances, you may also ask us to erase personal information relating to you. We may not always be able to comply with your request for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request. You can exercise your right to delete certain personal information about you by closing your account with us.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where we are relying on your consent to process your personal information you may withdraw this consent at any time (which you can do by changing the settings in your mobile device in relation to location data or by changing the privacy settings on your social networks in relation to information we collect from those networks).
- Right to opt-out of behavioral analytics: If you do not want us to conduct behavioral analytics for the purposes of our internal algorithm used to display relevant sellers and items to you or to display your items to the most relevant potential buyers, you must close your account and cease using our Service. This is because it is essential for us to suggest the right items and sellers to you and to display your items to the right buyers which we can only do by learning about your tastes and preferences and the types of products you list.

Most of the personal information we hold about you is either available directly from viewing your account and looking back over your own activities or is available from the social networks that you have connected to our Service. COOKIES & IP ADDRESSES

USE OF INFORMATION FROM APPLE'S TRUEDEPTH API
KOLLECTIN App on iOS uses the TrueDepth API technology that has face recognition and the ability to collect information used to achieve face tracking to realize the AR experience of outfitting accessories (a.k.a. the Xperience mode). We only use this technology when you turn on the function, and the information collected is processed in real time for delivering and improving the feature only. This information is not saved on our servers or shared with any third parties.
CHILDREN UNDER 13
Children under the age of 13 may not provide any personal information to us. KOLLECTIN is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Kollectin for Kollectin. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Kollectin. Kollectin reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Kollectin also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.

Cancellation

Transfer of Number
