Community Guidelines

We want Kollectin's community to be inspiring, engaging, and positively promote who you are as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader)!
Let’s work together to keep Kollectin real and secure — a place where you can always find inspiration and freely express yourself. Share only your own photos and videos, stay within the law, and treat others with kindness and respect. No spamming, no nudity, no disparaging behavior — just a positive community full of creativity and originality.

Rules for Posting Photos

After your photo is posted, it will be reviewed and approved or rejected within 24 hours.

• Approved photos will be showcased directly on the INSPO page.
• Unapproved photos will trigger an email notification with feedback or reasons.

Unapproved Content

The following types of content will NOT be approved on Kollectin:

• Copyright-infringing content
• Pornography and nudity
• Hate speech or violative content
• Photos of children under 13 without consent
• Spam
• Photos unrelated to your linked product
• Disparaging remarks or content targeting Kollectin, its members, staff, partners, or brands

Non-Disparagement Policy:
As a KOL and community member, you agree to maintain a respectful and constructive tone. Publicly sharing false, misleading, or derogatory content about Kollectin, other KOLs, or associated brands is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of content and permanent account termination.
We are committed to fostering a respectful and uplifting community, and we expect all members to contribute positively.

Social Media Do’s and Don’ts

We understand gaining exposure is important to you, and we’ve outlined a list of best practices to help you build your audience at Kollectin. These also apply when featuring your look on other social media channels.

Please do:

• Inspire your followers with your personal style, or share what inspires you
• Talk about the products and shopping experience
• Voice your support for contemporary designers and small brands
• Include your personal Invite Code or store link — so your followers can shop your store and you earn commissions
• Tag Kollectin and use the designated hashtags:

Please don’t:

• Share content that violates these community guidelines
• Use social platforms to spread misinformation, hostility, or content intended to damage the community or brand
