Returning My Order Placed Without the App

1. Go to the Kollectin online store. You can either find the link in your order confirmation email and click View Order to access, or go to the store where you shopped

2. On the store page, click the menu in the upper left corner and choose Sing In
3. After signing in, click the menu and choose My Orders
4. On the Orders tab, choose the order you want to return
5. Click Refund
6. Check the items you want to return and specify the quantity
7. Choose a reason for your return from the dropdown list 
8. Click SUBMIT. You’ll receive a return shipping label via email in 2-3 business days
9. Print the shipping label and use it to ship your return
10. Drop the package at any USPS location. And that's it!
