COUPON CODE RULES & EXCLUSIONS

RULES FOR KOLLECTIN COUPONS

• Kollectin coupons do not apply to taxes, prior orders, store credits and excluded items
• Only Free Shipping Coupons may apply to shipping charges
• When the order includes items from multiple stores, one store may only apply one coupon
• Kollectin coupon codes are only valid during the time frame stated in the promotion 
• Kollectin coupon codes may or may not apply to sale items

TYPES OF KOLLECTIN COUPONS

1. PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT COUPONS 

• The percentage discount coupon is a preset percentage discount value used to calculate the percentage off for the item totals
• The percentage discount coupon may apply to in-stock items, subscription box and STYLE MYSELF BOX items 
• After the coupon is applied, the remaining amount will be used to calculate tax (if applicable), and shipping will be added after that
  
  For example, if you order $100 worth of products with a 25% off coupon, applicable tax will be calculated on the remaining $75 value, and the shipping fee will be added afterwards

2. DOLLAR DISCOUNT COUPONS

• The dollar discount coupon is a fixed dollar value used to deduct from the single item with the highest price from a Store
• The dollar discount coupon only applies to in-stock items. It may not apply to subscription box and STYLE MYSELF BOX items
• Only one dollar discount coupon may be applied per order
• The dollar discount coupon may only apply to one item
• A minimum spending amount may be required for the dollar discount coupon
• After the coupon is applied, the remaining amount will be used to calculate tax (if applicable), and shipping will be added after that
  
  For example, if you order a $100 item and a $80 item with a $40 dollar-off coupon, the coupon will deduct $40 from the $100 item, so the total will be $140. Tax will be calculated on the remaining $140 value, and the shipping fee will be added afterwards
• Refund for the item purchased with a dollar discount coupon will only be given if the item amount exceeds the value of the coupon. If the refund amount equals or is less than the amount of the returned item, no refund will be issued
  
  For example, if you order a $30 item with a $30 dollar-off coupon, you will not receive a refund when you return the item

3. FREE SHIPPING COUPONS

• Free shipping coupon is only available to deduct $8.49 standard ground shipping. Expedited or Next-Day Air Shipping coupons are not available at this time
