STYLE MYSELF BOX: RETURN POLICY
- All STYLE MYSELF BOX orders returns must be processed on the Kollectin App
- STYLE MYSELF BOX items can be kept for a maximum of 7 days.
Important Note: Failure to return the STYLE MYSELF BOX within the timeframe will result in Kollectin charging the full amount of the Box to the card on file - A $20 access fee will be charged when you place a STYLE MYSELF BOX order
- The access fee will be applied to any purchase made from the STYLE MYSELF BOX
- You will be charged for only the total amount of items you choose to keep
- The STYLE MYSELF BOX is a "try before you buy" box so be extremely careful not to damage any items or remove tags of items you do not intend to keep. There will be a charge for any items that are returned damaged or appear to have been worn
- The return process must be completed and the STYLE MYSELF BOX must be scanned and shipped by USPS before another STYLE MYSELF BOX can be ordered

We understand life happens. If you wish to extend your time with your STYLE MYSELF BOX, please reach out to us 48 hours prior to your return deadline by emailing us at hello@kollectin.com.
Once we understand your situation, we may be able to assist you with the following:
- The full charge amount for your complete STYLE MYSELF BOX order.
- The STYLE MYSELF BOX can be returned based on our agreed upon date.
- Once we receive return, we will refund the full amount of returned items.
