To report a bug or an error in our App:

1. Click the MENU in the upper left corner of the App 
2. Choose CONTACT US  
3. Select your topic from the pull down menu and tell us about the problem you encountered. We will address the issue in a timely manner---typically within one business day.*

*In case of iOS or Android fixes, please note that these might take some extra time since updates are rolled out periodically.
