Changing Your Password

If you have forgotten or need to update your password, please do the following:

1. Download Kollectin App.
2. Launch the app
3. Click on top left 3 bars MENU button > Select SIGN IN / SIGN UP
4. Choose CONTINUE WITH EMAIL
5. Enter the email address that you used to place the order as a guest
6. On set-up password page, click FORGOT PASSWORD
7. Check your email inbox and follow the instruction you receive from us to change/create your password
8. Return to the Kollectin App, now log in with the email and password you just reset/created
