Q: WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? 
A: Kollectin currently ships to U.S. destinations only.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? 
A: We ship the orders within 3-5 business days of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). After shipping, your order is estimated to arrive within 3-10 business days, but it may take up to 2-3 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. Please note orders can take longer to ship during the holiday season. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed. 

Q; WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER FOR REGULAR ORDERS & WHAT'S THE COST? 
A: Regular e-commerce orders (non STYLE MYSELF BOX or Get Styled Box orders) are shipped via USPS General Ground shipping @ $5.99 per shipment. Shipping fee is free for $75+ orders.  

Q: WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER FOR KOL BOX ORDERS OR GET STYLED BOX ORDERS. 
A: STYLE MYSELF BOX orders and GET STYLED BOX orders are shipped via USPS. A pre-paid return label will be included in the Box. A pre-paid return label will be included in the Box. Please return the KOL BOX or GET STYLED BOX on the App before you send back the package, otherwise you will not be able to place another STYLE MYSELF/GET STYLED BOX order. Free shipping & free returns on the STYLE MYSELF BOX & GET STYLED BOX.  

Q; HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
A: From the App, log into your account and click  MY ORDERS found in the main menu or the ME section. Choose the order you want to track and click TRACKING in the upper right corner. On the following page, click the tracking number, and it will redirect you to your order status on the USPS website.
