Step-by-Step Guide for Clients Resubscribing or Upgrading Get Styled Plan


🔤 Step-by-Step to Upgrade Using Your Browser

⚠️ The upgrade feature is not currently available in the Kollectin App. Please use a browser on your phone or computer.

  1. Go to: Kollectin Plan Page
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on “Get Started.”
  3. Login with your Kollectin email and password.
  4. Under My Plan Detail, click on "Change Plan"
  5. Select and sign up for the Get Styled Plan of your choice.
  6. You’re done! 🎉

🔐 Need to Reset Your Password?

  1. Go to: Kollectin Plan Page
  2. Scroll down and click “Get Started”
  3. On the login screen, enter the email you used to sign up for Kollectin.
  4. Click “FORGOT PASSWORD” below the password box.
  5. On the next screen, re-enter your email and click “SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS.”
  6. Wait a few minutes for your reset email. (📧 Avoid clicking multiple times—only one email is needed otherwise it will reset again!)
  7. Open the reset email and click the link to update your password.
  8. Return to the Plan Page, and repeat the steps to choose and sign up for your preferred plan.

📲 After Upgrading

Once your upgrade is complete, your Stylist will be notified to style you automatically.
