Step-by-Step Guide for Clients Resubscribing or Upgrading Get Styled Plan
🔤 Step-by-Step to Upgrade Using Your Browser
⚠️ The upgrade feature is not currently available in the Kollectin App. Please use a browser on your phone or computer.
- Go to: Kollectin Plan Page
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on “Get Started.”
- Login with your Kollectin email and password.
- Under My Plan Detail, click on "Change Plan"
- Select and sign up for the Get Styled Plan of your choice.
- You’re done! 🎉

🔐 Need to Reset Your Password?
- Go to: Kollectin Plan Page
- Scroll down and click “Get Started”
- On the login screen, enter the email you used to sign up for Kollectin.
- Click “FORGOT PASSWORD” below the password box.
- On the next screen, re-enter your email and click “SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS.”
- Wait a few minutes for your reset email. (📧 Avoid clicking multiple times—only one email is needed otherwise it will reset again!)
- Open the reset email and click the link to update your password.
- Return to the Plan Page, and repeat the steps to choose and sign up for your preferred plan.
📲 After Upgrading
Once your upgrade is complete, your Stylist will be notified to style you automatically.
