How to Update Your Credit Card on Kollectin

You can easily update your credit card information through the Kollectin website or mobile app by following these steps.

Using a Computer Web Browser:

1. Open any web browser and log in to your Kollectin account through a Stylist’s website. For example, you can use this example site.
2. Click the Menu icon in the top left corner and select Sign In.
3. Enter your Kollectin login information. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to receive a reset link via email.
4. After logging in, click the Menu icon again and select My Account.
5. Scroll down to the Default Payment Information section.
6. Click Edit to update your current payment method.
7. Enter your new credit card details and click Save.

Your payment information is now updated for future purchases.

Using the Kollectin App:

1. Open the Kollectin app and log in to your account.
2. Tap Me at the bottom of the screen.
3. Go to My Settings at the top, then scroll down and select Credit Card.
4. Add or edit your credit card details, then tap Save.

Your credit card information is now updated on the app.

Tips:

• Ensure your card details are accurate to avoid any payment issues during checkout.
