How to Create a Get Styled Box for Clients

Follow these simple steps to create a Get Styled Box for your clients using the Kollectin app. This feature allows you to curate personalized jewelry collections and share them with your clients.
Step 1
On the Kollectin App, curate the Get Styled Box for Your Clients
- Log onto your Kollectin App
- Click on Menu > Select Share Get Styled Box
- Choose New Get Styled Clients
Step 2
Send Universal Link or Customize a Box Link to be shared
Next, you will have 2 options to share your Get Styled Box Service, the screen will ask you select 2 options:
Option 1: Universal Link To Clients
Share a quick, generic link for Clients to sign up first before styling or to park on your social media. Once they sign up, style them using the ‘Style Existing Client’ option.
- Perfect for sending a customized link to specific Clients you already know their stylist. Select:
- 1️⃣ 1 KOL Exclusive Lifestyle item – Unique jewelry or beauty items Clients keep.
- 2️⃣ 2 KOL Exclusive Brand styles – High-quality basics Clients love.
- 3️⃣ 3 Market Brand styles – Trendy picks to help Clients try something new.
Step 3
Share the Link
Option 1: Universal Link to Clients
There will be a series of explainer screens and then you will get to copy or share the link to your Clients. Once your Clients sign up, you will receive a notification for you to go to next step to style them:
To style a new Client:
- Go to Menu > Get Styled Box > Choose Existing Get Styled Clients
- You can either style One Client, or Multiple Client at one time (if you choose to save time and want to give all of your Clients the same items)
- Go through the steps to select 6 items
- After your done, your Box will be shipped to them within 5 to 7 days
Option 2: Customized Box Link
Copy or share the link to your designated Clients - Once your Clients sign up, your pre-selected 6 items for the Box will be shipped to them directly.
Please note:
- Your style links can be used multiple times for multiple Clients with similar style preferences
- The link does not expire unless something is out of stock (if so then we will fill comparable styles for you)
