TO UPGRADE FROM A FREE STORE PLAN TO BASIC OR PRO STORE PLAN

Please note - We do not recommend Free Plan Stylists to upgrade to Basic or Pro Store Plan without adequate Stylist feature training. To receive training, please ask the Stylist who referred you for instructions, or add your name on our waitlist here. If you are already trained, please follow the next steps.

Using your browser:

1. The upgrade feature is not on the Kollectin App at the moment. To Upgrade, please use a browser on your phone or computer to visit plan.kollectin.com
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to click on Basic Plan
3. Enter your Kollectin email and password to login - You can then proceed to sign up to the Store Plan of your choice.

If you need to reset your password:

1. Visit plan.kollectin.com
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to click on Basic Plan
3. Enter the email that was used to sign up to Kollectin, and press 'FORGOT PASSWORD' below the password box
4. On the next page, enter your email, and press SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS
5. Wait a minute or two for your reset email to arrive (please be patient, otherwise you'll receive multiple reset emails when you click multiple times to submit)
6. Reset your password by clicking on the reset link on the email
7. Repeat the above to sign up to a plan of your choice

Once you have processed the above, you may log back into your Kollectin App and enjoy its full paid features
