Cancel My Store Plan

How do I cancel my Stylist Store Plan?

*Note - We will continue to make this process much simpler by building into the Kollectin App very soon, for now, please do the following:

1. Please go to the following link: https://plan.kollectin.com/plan/plan_stylist
2. Log in with the email and password you created your account to pay for the subscription with (or reset your password if you cannot remember)
3. Choose the option you would like to update your subscription plan 

That's it! If you wish to upgrade or update your Store Plan once more, please repeat the above process.
