Pause or Cancel My Get Styled Plan
Step-by-Step Guide toPause or Cancel your Get Styled Plan
Currently Available on iOS Only
Clients using iPhones can access this by navigating to:
Kollectin App > Me > My Settings > My Business > Manage Plan-  
For Android Clients
If your clients are on Android, they can email stylistsupport@kollectin.com and our team will manually pause or cancel their subscription on their behalf.
Feature Highlights:
- Available for monthly plans only:
– Get Styled Plan
– Style Myself Plan - Not available for annual plans
 - You may pause your plan for 1 month at a time
 - The plan will automatically resume with the next billing cycle
 - The pause must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date
 - When a Get Styled Plan is paused, stylists will not be able to send boxes to that client until the plan is resumed

 - PS: If you are on Android, or experienced issues cancelled with the above steps, please contact hello@kollectin.com and we can manually pause or cancel for you.
 
🔐 Need to Reset Your Password?
- Go to: Kollectin Plan Page
 - Scroll down and click “Get Started”
 - On the login screen, enter the email you used to sign up for Kollectin.
 - Click “FORGOT PASSWORD” below the password box.
 - On the next screen, re-enter your email and click “SEND RESET INSTRUCTIONS.”
 - Wait a few minutes for your reset email. (📧 Avoid clicking multiple times—only one email is needed otherwise it will reset again!)
 - Open the reset email and click the link to update your password.
 - Return to the Plan Page, and repeat the steps to cancel your current plan.
 
📲 After Cancelling
Once your cancellation is complete, your Get Styled Plan will no longer renew. You may continue to shop plus share & earn rewards in the Kollectin App.
