Product Sizing

Necklaces

1. For necklace sizing, we will specify the overall length of each necklace on the product description. 
2. For necklaces with extensions, the length of the extension will also be specified on the product description.
3. Please note while we do aim to provide close measurements, these measurements are meant as approximations due to inherent product variations.

Rings

1. Depending on the exact item, Kollectin typically offer rings sizes from 5 to 9.
2. Size 7 has been the most common size request on average, so we sometimes only offer this size for specific products. 
3. The fit of the sizing may vary based on actual production, the design of the ring or its thickness. Please allow for margins of error in regard to these variations.

Bracelets

1. For closed bracelets, we typically design based on an average inner diameter of 65mm.
2. Typical bracelets are not malleable nor stretchable, so as to not accommodate variations in fit or sizing.
3. If a bracelet has a hinge component that allows fit to be adjustable to a wider range of sizes, we will specify it on the product description page.

Exchanges with Sizing

To expedite your sizing request, we currently do not offer exchanges. 

If something doesn't fit as well and you require a change in size, please request a return within 21 days of your order date. In addition, place a new order with the size you require; this will be the fastest way for us to service your size exchange needs.
