The Kollectin Compensation Plan is an innovative Affiliate Marketing plan which also includes the opportunity to earn bonuses for team building. Glossary

• Personal Volume (PV) is the dollar value of sales for which a Stylist is paid commission, it includes the combined sales volume of a Stylist’s personal purchases, plus what is sold through a Stylist’s Store. Stylists do not receive commissions for Starter Set purchases and Business Tool orders or for tax, shipping fees, and these amounts don’t count toward Personal Volume totals. Other exclusions may apply.
• Team Volume (TV): Team volume is the dollar value of sales for which a Stylist is paid commission based on Team sales and what title is maintained by Stylist. TV is the combined sales volume of the Stylist’s downline based on a Stylist’s title and includes their personal purchases as well as Store sales. Stylists do not receive commission for Starter Set purchases and Business Tool orders or for tax or shipping fees. Starter Set volume does count towards title promotions and/or maintenance. 
• KOL Exclusive Brands: KOL Exclusive brands are unique brands that a consumer won't find anywhere else. These brands are curated and available exclusively through the Kollectin App, ensuring an exclusive shopping experience.
• Market Brands: Market Brands are small, independent and sustainable US-based brands that have partnered with Kollectin. This collaboration brings together an extensive selection of fashionable products, offering many choices for your Clients.
