  • WHAT DOES KOLLECTIN CHARGE FOR ITS PLATFORM?
    Kollectin presently offers platform connection free of charge, without requiring a subscription. However, it is important to note that we retain the right to revise this policy at a later date
  • WHAT PERCENTAGE DOES KOLLECTIN TAKE FOR EACH ORDER?
    Kollectin's take rate structure is dependent on whether our partner brand is a US domestic brand, or cross-border international brand. On your e-commerce platform dashboard such as Shopify, you will first see 100% of the order value, of which your earnings will be posted to the Kollectin App for you to review or redeem.   • WHO ARE THE SELLERS ON THE KOLLECTIN APP? 
    Kollectin boasts an extensive network of thousands of Stylists. Our Stylists include creators, influencers, mothers, students and professionals seeking a lucrative side income
  • WILL IT OVERLOAD MY CURRENT INVENTORY/STOCK?
    Selling through Kollectin doesn't necessitate extra manpower or inventory resources. Our system seamlessly integrates with your existing e-commerce order and fulfillment flow, eliminating the need for additional effort
  • DO I HAVE CONTROL OVER WHICH PRODUCTS TO LIST? 
    Certainly! With our Shopify connection module, you have complete control over the products you wish to showcase on Kollectin. However, we highly recommend listing your entire product line to ensure effortless maintenance and provide our Stylists with a wide array of options to choose from
  • CAN I GET AN INVENTORY THRESHOLD?
    Unfortunately you won't be able to set an inventory threshold on your Shopify dashboard. If this is a critical issue, please contact us at brand@kollectin.com for us to assist on a case by case basis
  • DO I HAVE ACCESS TO CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
    For regular dropship orders, you will gain access to Kollectin customer information that is required for you to ship the orders. For Kollectin Box orders, your items will be sent to Kollectin's fulfillment center to be processed for consolidated shipment
  • DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO MY CUSTOMER INFORMATION? 
    For order processing, Kollectin does not require access to your customer information. For our optional A.I. customer service feature, Kollectin will require customer information access to generate automated responses to customer inquiries
  • WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
    All orders over $75 on the Kollectin App includes free shipping for Clients. Once over this threshold, brands are required to pay for shipping fee
  • WHO MANAGES CUSTOMER SERVICE? 
    To provide the most optimal service to our Clients, Kollectin handles all Client requests to resolve and support order issues
  • WHO MANAGES RETURNS?
    Kollectin will handle all inbound return requests & facilitate order transfer back to original brands
  • HOW DO BRANDS GET PAID?
    Brands will have their own accounts for direct redemption, along with a full featured selling dashboard on the Kollectin App
