GETTING STARTED 01: SIGNING UP

Welcome to Kollectin! We’re excited you’re here! Let’s kick things off by reviewing the sign-up flow.
If you are signing up with a current Kollectin Stylist, you’re probably already linked to their store. If not, you will have the option to enter your Stylist’s invite code & connect to their store during this process. If you don’t have a Stylist or haven’t downloaded the App, download the Kollectin App & follow these instructions.
- If you don't have a Kollectin account:
- Download the Kollectin app from the iOS or Google app store.
- Launch the app and click "ME" at the bottom of the screen. Follow the subsequent instructions.
- If you already have a Kollectin account:
- Open the app and click the "+" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Click "SIGN IN" and select "BECOME A STYLIST".
- Create a new account by choosing a username and entering your personal information.
- Click "SIGN UP".
- Entering an invite code:
- If you have received an invite code from a Stylist, enter it now.
- If you don't have a code, check the applicable box and click "NEXT".
- Remember: Your username is your personal store link & invite code. Choose a memorable and shareable name. It can be edited later.
- Creating your Store:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Store, which should take about three minutes.
- Upgrading your Store Plan:
- As a Kollectin Stylist, you can upgrade from the free Store Plan.
- The recommended option is the BASIC STORE PLAN, allowing up to 200 styles in your store and access to Kollectin Exclusive products.
- To choose your Store Plan, click "MY SETTINGS" on the home screen, then "MY BUSINESS" > "VIEW MY PLAN" > "CHANGE PLAN".
- Select your preferred Store Plan by choosing "UPGRADE".
- Add your personal information and click "CONFIRM" to finalize.
